My husband and I stopped by this James Avery to get a gift for an event we were heading to and she helped us pick out the gift and was very knowledgeable about everything. I had no idea you have to wait a little while to have the charms put on and she was able to have it done instantly so we could make it on time to the event we were heading to. “The atmosphere is great and as you are walking in, is very welcoming. Employees interact and assist customers. I’ve been dealing with this location for quite few months. If you go in with an attitude and disrespectful, bet you will be treated with the same attitude. I know I will. That’s why I don’t work customer service. Some of the customers when I was in there stink. But they want to be loud and be disrespectful.”
