“This was my first time in this James Avery. They were having their sale and the store was full. Associates were extremely nice and helpful. i came back once my item was ready and met Ms Kierra. She was wearing the coolest sunglasses with with the sale promo. she got my bracelet for me. She was energy. Loved her. unfortunately i had to come back bc i felt the bracelet was too small. I went in thinking if Kierra isn’t here i will wait. SHE WAS THERE. i waited for her. she helped me out right away. she even had them change it out for me within minutes. This is the kind of customer service that will keep me returning. This first impression was AMAZING. Kierra, thanks for your kindness, your urgency with getting my issue resolved. First off she was gorgeous. i will admit that my approach to her was not nice and i did apologize. She was awesome. She resolved my issue and even gave me some tips about my bracelets.
