“I went to purchase some earrings and drop off several items to be cleaned at the Baytown Plaza JA. The associate, Bailey, was awesome! She was very patient with me as I was indecisive at first. She answered all my questions and talked to me a little about some pieces. After I decided on my purchase, Bailey collected my items to be cleaned and was just as sweet as she could be. Honestly, all the ladies were very kind. The store was clean and comfortable.
When I returned for my cleaned items, I got Bailey again as my associate. I told her I meant to write a review and had not done it yet. She, of course, just thanked me and smiled. But, Bailey, if you see this, I told you I would go back a write a great review for you and everyone at that store. Thank you!”

“The atmosphere is great and as you are walking in, is very welcoming. Employees interact and assist customers. I’ve been dealing with this location for quite few months. If you go in with an attitude and disrespectful, bet you will be treated with the same attitude. I know I will. That’s why I don’t work customer service. Some of the customers when I was in there stink. But they want to be loud and be disrespectful.”

I felt rushed When inspecting my jewelry before leaving the store, I understand that it’s busy during the holidays, but a little kindness goes a long way. She was very dismissive.
