“Loved my cards. They had a better price than the last place where I got my cards made so I tried them out. They offered to get my art work from the last guy that did my cards and when he accepted to give them my art work that I had paid for already and then rudely denied to pass over what I paid for they went ahead and took care of it for me with out an issue. Only took like 3 days for me to get my cards and I’ll be getting more soon.”

Gabby was not only extremely engaging but her attitude is what i would want with every employee i hire from this point on. “I would like to share my experience with one of your employees, Citlaly. I was incredibly impressed with her customer service during my visit. I was returning two items to Amazon and wasn’t as prepared as I should have been.
First she greeted me warmly and then went above and beyond to assist me with my return. Citlaly was knowledgeable about both the Amazon and UPS processes. I even apologized to her for not being prepared, and she handled the situation with grace.
I can confidently say that she demonstrated real composure under pressure. If I was still managing at Houston Methodist, Citlaly would be the type of employee I would want on my team.
