“I knew of Caliber Collision from working secruity at their corporate events. They seemed to care then, and they showed to care now. When I was rearended for the first time ever, they made it as painless as possible. Luckily they are partnered with State Farm, and Enterprise, so I didn't have to do much of anything aside from show up. They reparied my new truck back to new, and got it back to me before the expected date, and in time for my new truck's debut at work. “Caliber Collision in Denton, on Elm St is the best!!!! The people at this location have been so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to repair our car in time for a road trip we are about to take. Chad at this location took our car in, checked it out, got the parts ordered and the repairs done in less than 4 days and the dealership told us it would take about a week just to get the parts. The cost was much lower than what the dealership quoted us. Our car looks brand new again and runs perfectly! If it's body work of any kind that needs to be done, we will only be taking it to Caliber Collision! You guys are the best!!!!”

Another review months later. I ended up back at Platinum Ford North looking at some options for a new F150 when I met Tristan. He provided an invaluable perspective and knowledge of product which led me to look further at trading in my older model. He was outstanding to work with, never pressured me to buy anything, just gave me the tools I needed to make my own decision. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to walk into it a dealership and be met with professionalism! We were able to work out a great deal on a new 2025 F150 and I drove home incredibly happy! “Great service. Zachary Parker, the manager on duty was incredibly helpful. He educated me, helped me make an educated decision on which battery to purchase, changed my battery, tested the original battery to make sure that was the reason for my car issues, tested my alternator, and was friendly and kind the entire time.
