“Amazing customer service!!!! If you are in the area this Metro PCs location is the BEST to go to in the area. I went to the one on Eldorado in Little Elm OMG!! It was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!! They didn’t help me and was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I couldn’t believe I was treated that way. I immediately reported them and filed a complaint with Metros corporate department. They need to shut them down! So never go to that location. Go to the Colony Metro, Eric is extremely helpful, kind, and actually fixed my phone. Thank you so much for assisting me today Eric!!”

“My voicemail had a glitch and would not accept messages for the past 6 months. I tried calling Verizon and could not get past the automated "help." I went to the Denton Verizion store on Loop 288, and Shea (a real human) patiently worked through the problem for me. He fixed the error, and I now have a working voicemail service. He didn't make me feel like an incompetent idiot either!! YAY SHEA! THANK YOU!”

“Cell phone chores are never a pleasant thing to take care of... I usually start online and find some customer svc # where I stupidly yell at a robot for a while and get hung up on. Eventually, you gotta go to the store and deal with it, which is usually hit or miss with ANY company. Abdul was the young gentleman working that afternoon and he knew exactly what I needed and I barely said 2 words. He fixed it in the time it took me to blink. He's magical. LOL Could not tank him enough.”

The manager I spoke with was very cordial and allowed me to adjust my payment dates. And there is a woman there named Stephanie who was actually extremely pleasant!
