“Benjamin Stein (Branch Banker) was very helpful and helped my daughter open her first checking account right before closing when NOBODY ELSE WOULD. We went to six other banks prior (one was 1 hr before closing) and was told we’d need to set an appointment cause they were about to close. Came to PNC and Benjamin greeted us with a smile and helped us open her account with no issues whatsoever. Excellent customer service.”

“Friendly staff here. I had a good experience and it was easy and seamless to make a cash deposit into my checking account. I didn't even have to fill out one of those 19th century paper deposit slips, loooove that!! That's an improvement for sure. I just inserted my atm card at the teller counter and entered the PIN, handed the cash over and then received the receipt of deposit.”
