Cameron took the time to explain the test results clearly, confirmed that my battery needed replacing, and handled the entire battery change quickly and professionally. Even in the summer heat, he stayed friendly and focused, making sure everything was secure and cleaned up before I left. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough—and thanks to him, I left confident and stress-free. They gave me an estimate for my car right away, even though they ask you to book an appointment, which I did not know when I walked in. They greeted me right away when I dropped my car off. “I recently had A problem with my a/c system. I spoke to the manager at this location that gave me some advice on what he suspected could be the problem. U got an estimate from a ship that my next door neighbor recommended and I took the estimate back to this baggage to see what he thought. He was also familiar with and they fixed my a/c. The manager Jorge is an honest guy. HeEOULD NOT TAKE A TIP FROM ME! I really appreciated his help. If I need parts for my car, I’m coming to his location FIRST!”
“I live in the area and I need an adjustment to my 2006 Toyota Corolla. My trunk was not closing due to someone bumping my car from behind. The latch was not contacting the Release button so the trunk could not close. I went two collisions shops in the area and one place told me that my latch was not good, but it was a brand new one just put on. The other place told me that they could make an adjustment. They wanted to replace the entire bumper and trunk. I drove and found Cypress Collision Repair and they said that they could fix it and they did. I took about 20 minutes and everyone there was friendly and professional. If you have any body work needed to be done on you vehicle from the largest replacement to the smallest adjustment. GO TO CYPRESS COLLISION REPAIR!!!”
