“I can’t recommend Caliber enough! I’ve trusted them with my Jeep Compass twice now, and both experiences have been exceptional from start to finish. The entire team is welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly efficient. They communicate clearly, keep you informed throughout the process, and most importantly, the quality of their work speaks for itself. It’s not always easy finding a shop you genuinely feel comfortable trusting with your vehicle, but Caliber has absolutely earned mine. Colleen at the front desk deserves a special mention, she is incredibly kind, helpful, and makes the entire experience that much better. Amazing work, amazing customer service, and a team that truly takes care of you. Thank you, Caliber, for taking such great care of my Jeep and for making both experiences so easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone!”

“I worked directly with Eric, the owner, on a paint issue with the hood of my 2015 Lexus RX 350. He was great to work with from start to finish. He gave me a very competitive estimate upfront, and after checking around town, I found that his price was actually the lowest I could find in the area. The work came out great, and my car was ready exactly when he said it would be. I really appreciate the quality of the work and the straightforward service. Definitely recommend this shop if you need paint work or any other auto repairs!”

“Contacted Amir at the last minute for some rims and tires. Of course he delivered as he said he could at a great price. They have also installed a lift kit for me in the past. He and his team are very professional, skilled, and honest. Legacy is my go to! Great people and great results. Thanks Amir!”

“I can honestly give Tomball Collision five stars based on my experience with them repairing my 2022 Ford Explorer ST. From the beginning, J. Myers explained how the process would work and when I could expect updates. What impressed me most was that he followed through. Communication was consistent, the updates came when promised, and I never felt like I was being left wondering what was happening with my vehicle. Enterprise picked me up when I dropped off my Explorer, and the entire process was handled smoothly. When I picked my ST back up, the repair looked excellent and, just as importantly to me, the vehicle drove exactly as it should. Tomball Collision even surprised me with a thank-you note and gifts when I picked up my vehicle. They didn’t have to do that, but it says something about the attention they put into the customer experience. I take a lot of pride in my Explorer ST, so handing it over after an accident was not something I took lightly. Tomball Collision earned my trust through their communication, workmanship, and professionalism. Thank you to J. Myers and everyone at Tomball Collision who worked on my ST. I would absolutely recommend them to someone looking for a body shop they can trust.”

“Ladies!!!! I know how intimidating it can be for single ladies to have to deal with vehicle issues let alone know where to go and who you can trust. I am here to tell you that if you need vehicle body/trim work, mechanical, etc. please do not hesitate to stop by Lamar Little on Alice Rd in Tomball to have someone look at your vehicle. They are super friendly and helpful and will provide you with an honest quote and provide necessary guidance. And, if they cannot help you for some reason they will refer you to someone who is also as reputable and trustworthy (not naming the company here since this review is not about them but I do know one they refer to who I have used multiple times).”

“Exceptional service from start to finish! Brought my Tesla in, and these guys did an outstanding job. They got me in late and even stayed past closing to make sure everything was taken care of. Quick, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great customer service. They took the time to explain everything and made the entire experience easy. It’s hard to find businesses that go above and beyond like that these days. They’ve definitely earned my future business. Highly recommend!”

“Fantastic place! My car was dented by another driver, and so their insurance recommended Gerber. So close to home, and so easy to navigate to. The staff is super-friendly and knowledgeable, and my car was repaired ahead of schedule, which bummed my son because he was enjoying the rental car, ha! They even vacuumed the front of our car for us - bonus! Would highly recommend - it fact I'll be bringing my other car there soon to have them look at some housing damage due to wear and tear to see what they can do.”

“I was really surprised that I was told that they couldn't install my new battery. I spent ice 200.00 for it and was told that they don't remove the old one and replace it with the new one. But after complaining a little, it was done. Is it true that they no longer do this? Our was it just a lazy employee?”

“What an amazing experience!!! My daughter and I went to a different auto parts store (not Napa) in Tomball to get wiper blades. The store we went to gave us the wrong blade for her car (we did ask for them to help us find the correct ones). The customer service at this unnamed store was awful. We returned the wrong blades and drove to Napa. The customer service at Napa was amazing! The guy at the register helped us find the correct blades and he installed them for us. Very helpful and super professional. Thank you Napa! I won’t go anywhere else but Napa for auto parts.”

“My engine light has been off and on since May 2022. Finally diagnosed as a malfunctioning power control module which is an apparent known issue in 2010 4.6 liter engines after exhausting other avenues through a performance shop mechanic. It was necessary for me to have Ford utilize their IDS software to program the repaired PCM unit. The mechanic's name is not on the invoice and that person has my sincere thanks and gratitude. If I can drive a month without a dash light illuminating; I will be completely satisfied.I have a negative view of Ford Corporate for deciding to no longer update Sync 3 and no more navigational map updates are offered.”
