“I went today to see about a pre approved loan. Andrew greeted me as soon as I walked in. What an amazing experience! He explained all of my options for what I was looking for. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable person to take care of me. I have been a member since 2002 and have always been pleased with the service but today was exceptional! Thanks again Andrew!”
“I went in to get an auto loan and it was by far the easiest experience I’ve had with any sort of bank or credit union, Rodrick was the one helping us and he made the process easy to understand and he was very helpful”
“I came in for help with my debit card and loan, and Debbie was the one who assisted me. She was so helpful, quick, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the benefits available to me and made sure I understood everything.
She was kind, polite, and really went out of her way to help solve my issues. I truly appreciate the great customer service I received from Debbie. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants someone who is friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you, Debbie!”

“I have been going here for a long time. The tellers are very kind. Kyle at the Cypress location has been the teller I have had. He always smiles and is kind. I have been to other locations, but the Cypress location is my favorite”
