“We had an amazing experience with Webb’s Automotive and can’t recommend them enough! I brought my 2017 Ford Explorer in after it started having some issues, and Justin was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to call us, explain the possible repairs, and walk us through everything in a way that was easy to understand. Justin was kind, thorough, honest, and never made us feel pressured. After having some disappointing experiences with Christian Brothers in the past, we’re so thankful we gave Webb’s Automotive a try. We’ve definitely found our new go-to for car repairs and will be bringing our vehicles here from now on. Thank y’all so much for taking such great care of us!”

“I stopped in today to do my emissions test with no appointment. I didn't wait long at all, from the time I pulled in to the time I left was exceptional. When I first pulled up, the techs immediately came out to greet me and directed me into the right queue/bay for service. I went inside the building to wait for my car to be serviced. When they finally called my name maybe 10 or 15 minutes later, I thought it was to get my information to proceed with services, but it was for me to check out and take my car back home. Super fast! Friendly service. And faster, way faster than I expected. I have no complaints, only compliments! I would definitely recommend them!”

“Repair shops are always nerve recking making sure your getting the right car for your car. Will was awesome and explained what parts I needed and how they worked for my car to function. After service was done I asked Will about the parts replaced and he pulled them out from the back with no problem showing me the damage on them and how they were not working amazing shop would recommend”

“I would like to commend auto associate, Tiffany, for turning a stressful morning into a smooth experience. We were struggling to find a specific oil filter for our vehicle, after searching with an associate for 20 minutes, we were about to throw in the towel. Tiffany stepped in and saved the day! She entered in our vehicle information, and was able to find the filter we needed in less than 30 seconds. She swiftly got us checked in and on our way to getting on with our day. Her personality and attitude was a breath of fresh air for us. Thank you so much Tiffany for your help. You are amazing!!”
