“Webb's Automotive comes through again. I think it is important to share my experience again... I have three newer drivers in my family that I have bought three used vehicles.... with the prices of used cars today what once was a great starter car can quickly become very expensive starter car.... that said when things happen as they always do with used cars I have been more inclined to fix them than just replace them. Brad from Webb's and the whole team there have been honest and straight forward with me in these times. They could probably get more money from me on "needed repairs" but they give me options and they understand how to build long term trust and long term relationships. Webb will have my business for as long as I am living in Houston.Update: Great staff. Always helpful... not always the least expensive but trust worthy which means more to me.”

“Took my 2018 Ram truck in to check my brakes (54,000 miles) since I heard a noise as I turned the corner a few days ago. They did a complete check of my brakes and said I still had 1/2 the life in my pads and shoes. They also looked at a couple other concerns I had and said there was nothing to worry about at this time. They could have easily said I needed new brakes but I appreciate that they are so honest. Will definitely return for any needed repairs”

So I ended up bringing our other car there for work. I was very satisfied with the work and speed with which they got it completed. Will use them again. “I chose 5 speed collission because of their ratings!!! Despite the bad ones … AND LET ME TELL YOU ! IM GLAD I DID!!!? BEST SERVICE, UPDATES on the process of my vehicle and the customer service is on POINT!!!! Its a little hidden gem in cypress with reasonable pricing. Wishing them all the best this year with their business and hopefully nothing happens right but just incase I DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING TO THEM AGAIN!!!”

Everyone is always so nice and nobody has ever tried to upsell me on things I don’t need (or can afford to put off til a later visit). They’re also excellent at explaining exactly what needs doing and why. Even if I have to drive across town, I will never go anywhere else (tried a different place once, it was awful)”
