(I brought a heavily worn 2008 ford escape with know issues at 234k miles. Didn’t need to make the thing a beauty, but wanted an assessment on anything that was safety related or likely to grow into a bigger issue. Outlined “Strongly recommended”, “recommended”, and “should be aware of” items for me- had them fix a few and I fixed the rest.)

“When my husband had his oil changed at another shop, he was told that he urgently needed to replace his brake pads, and he was given an estimate for the repair.
Just to be safe, he decided to get a second opinion and came to this shop for another estimate. The mechanic inspected his car and told him that the brake pads did not need to be replaced and that they were still in good condition and safe to use.
He also showed them the estimate from the other shop, and they pointed out that he had been quoted a fairly high price. What impressed us most was that they didn’t charge him anything for the inspection that day.
Thanks to their honesty and integrity, he was able to avoid spending hundreds of dollars on an unnecessary repair. We truly appreciate how kind, honest, and customer-focused they were. We will definitely be coming back here for future service!”

“Great service and transparent prices! When our truck would not start in the parking lot of St. John’s Lutheran Church across the street from AutoFix, Megan drove her own truck out to give us a jump and do a quick diagnostic test. We were so thankful she went out of the way to help us. We learned both our starter and our battery needed replacement. AutoFix was able to provide us with the exact part number for the starter we needed to purchase and agreed to install it after we purchased it on our own to save a little money. We got a quote right over the phone and they had our truck ready in a couple of hours. Highly recommend them!”

“A great shop. I brought my F-150 in for an emmisions inspection and they were quite busy. However, they took it in anyway and promised it back by 6. They provided me shuttle service to and from my home. Kept in communication with me and although it went late in the day, they got the job done and were very appologetic for the timing and did not even charge me for their time and effort. What a refreshing experience to have and a highly recommend them for your service needs. Thanks y'all,
