Technicians are described as kind, patient, gracious, and attentive, often going above and beyond with their time and help. Appointments are honored at the scheduled time for efficient problem-solving. However, time management for repairs can be inconsistent, with some experiences involving long waits for diagnostics and extended repair time frames that do not meet initial promises. Despite the crowds, the service experience is often excellent and sets a high standard.
