I was waiting for more than hours for them to solve a problem and they didn't help me, I had to go to another one located in North Central Xpres in Plano 🙂

I had a great experience. After struggling all weekend to get my phone working again the young lady working took about 15 minutes and reset my e-sim. She was friendly and liked chatting with me. Sadly I have to go back today . Just sad cause my phones acting up. Happy to go visit the store again.
