The staff at your DFW Airport location at 11pm Saturday 10/19 were rude and not helpful AT ALL. They were more concerned with their conversations with each other and their friend across the counter to try and help me. This was my first AND LAST time I will ever use Avis.

The ability to trade vehicles before pickup was great! The vehicle looked great inside and out, in the dark! However, when the daylight came it was a different story. The vehicle was dirty inside! I rented a car online for pick up at the Dallas airport, we arrived at the desk and there were 2 ladies behind the counter. There were 4 people infront of me and another 3 behind me. When we had 2 people in front of me one of the ladies left. So our wait was long.
