They made my pregnant wife wait in line in pain not even offering water to the 100 people waiting in line and they are so slow and u professional

One reg. lane and one commercial open and I guess ONE EMPLOYEE working it all. I have been waiting 47 mins and counting and I was the 3rd customer in line. Horrible experience.
