“I have to say that out of all of the parts stores in the DFW metro area these are by far the best of the lot. They seem to always have in stock what other parts stores have to order. I switched to them long ago after an employee at a autozone sold me 2 front right calipers instead of a left and a right. Then I had to go back to the location and return one for the right part. Which cost me valuable time. The only thing that could happen that would make O'Reilly auto parts a hands down favorite is a 24 hr location somewhere in the metro area preferably a centralized location for everyone.”

He was kind knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to assist me in not only finding the product I needed but making sure I had all my questions answered before leaving the store. “James took care of me! He was very knowledgeable. I drive Land Rover, and at first I was told they didn’t have my brakes pads for my SUV. So I went to Auto Zone and a few more places. My mechanic Toby called and James answered the phone and did the necessary research to find exactly what I needed. Then he referred me to the Live Oak location to find my rear brake pads!!!!!! James should be the supervisor!”

“My oil light came on after all the places closed on a Saturday. O'Reilly's doesn't do oil checks but he told me I could come up their anyway. He checked my level and got me the oil I needed. He truly saved me from waiting until Monday to know what I needed to do. Truly appreciate that kind of customer service!”
