“So originally i went to the location off of Broadway in Garland and they sold me a used key cylinder, and the only reason i went there was because they were the only ones that “had” it in DFW , then when i find out it’s been used i called and Skip took care of it and ordered me a new one no questions asked . Thank you Skip for helping me ! in the future if they don’t have the parts i’ll just go there and have them order them .”

“Got wonderful service, I was in and our in like 15 minutes or less. He knew what he was doing and my battery was in the floor of my car and he did it all for me for a great price. I recommend it this place for anyone.”
“Jansen was a MASSIVE help. My car wasn't starting in the mornings unless it was jumped. I took it to AutoZone to check to see if the battery was bad and said no, it was my starter. I took it to a local mechanic and he did a test and said it was just my battery. Autozone lied to me. Jeff from Joes Auto Repair in Garland didn't have the battery for me so I took it to Batteries Plus. Jansen was incredible. He told me why my battery died in less than two years was because the last shop I had my battery replaced at didn't put in a battery that was strong enough to handle all the electrical systems. I have a 2017 Mazda 6. I had to leave work early and Jansen got me the right battery for my car and replaced it in less than 10 mins. There is a sweet lady named Ann that helped me to check out to buy the battery. Basically what I'm saying is this is an amazing place to go to. From my first brief experience, they treated me like I was a life long customer. I know it's just a battery change but they were all incredible and super nice and professional. Thank you Jansen and Ann. You guys rock.”
“I went to my local O'Reilly Auto parts expecting to buy a battery. I met your team member Danny. He first tested my battery. Then after looking me up made my day by informing me it was under warranty. I figured the day couldn't get any better, but I was wrong. Danny went above and beyond in helping me install the new battery as I was having an issue. The world is a better place with folks like Danny. Thank you.”

“Walked inside and the elderly man said, “Welcome to O’reilly Auto Parts”. I was putting my first steps inside the store like before 4 steps and then there was that phrase. I came in for a check engine light checked. The elderly man did not snap judge me. I was happy and he did the check engine light check on my classic car. He went over everything needed to get my car to sound like a new car. I told him I had changed the my EGR valve on the car and he asked where I got the part. I told him NAPA because they have a better filtration for the fuel. I left with an oxygen sensor that needed to replace. Going to see if I need to buy it here or at NAPA. It only needs one.”
“I always get good friendly and helpful service when I come to this store. The Assistant Manager, Regina, is so friendly and helpful. She will go out of her way to help you. She doesn't speak Spanish but tries her best to help and if she can't she will get someone who can. Love this store & their employees!”

“Went in to get lightbulbs for taillights and blinkers. The gentleman who helped me was Samuel and he went above and beyond from getting me the bulbs. He thoroughly explained the process of replacing them as well as what to look out for while replacing them. This was excellent customer service and very much appreciated.”
