“I had some problems at first, with the executive who opened my account. From what I understand she no longer works there. At first I wasn't happy, I must say that. But now I'm with the credit union more than 2 years I do like it. The customer service is very good. And now over two years later I am a happy member. I do wish the would step-ups there debit and credit cards, but that's all really everything is grate otherwise.”

“After "free checking" @ Chase turned into having to pay for checking even though we had the minimum easily covered it turns out that unless you use the account a lot during each month they charge you and inactivity fee....we closed our checking account walked across the parking lot to Texas Health Resources and opened up a great savings and checking account!!. We're also American Airlines credit union account holders and Texas Health Resources and everyone inside that office have always been gracious with great attitudes and very attentive and helping us sort things out whenever we had a question or concern. I don't get these negative reviews at all because I've been going to this branch for years and they've always got great attitudes, smiles on their face, I always greet you and a very happy way and the bank itself is very clean and well appointed. I would highly recommend them for anything and everything!”

“I need you to know that I have been a member of Credit Union of Texas on Ross Avenue in Dallas, TX since 1994 when I moved here. I got a job as a teacher with Dallas ISD, and was told that my direct deposit could be handled by them without a problem.This continues as a known fact because of the wonderful professionals you hire. They all are knowledgeable, and can call me by name when talking about my transactions.They changed location to 3305 Ross Avenue, but the committed professionals remained the same at your banking organization.I have been to Europe on vacation, to Central and South America, and when I check my once a month deposit, it has always been accurate to the statement issued to me by the school district.What blew me away were the ways in which they handled the Zelle account that I wanted to use to send money to a friend in Houston, TX. I came in contact with two tellers, two bankers, and the branch manager because I spent two days in going through the right way to send the money.At no time was I belittled or talked down to at all. Every step of what was needed was clearly explained to me. I was not I treated any differently from what had been their handling of me over these many years.For this, I would like some special recognition to go Moisés Martínez - Hernández (Branch Manager), Luis Albiter, Maritza Sánchez, Felix Mendoza, and Kathy Clark who patience and expeditiously worked with me those two days that are still in etched in my mind. These professionals went above and beyond the call of duty to help me on October 5th and 6th.It takes a Team to keep the ball rolling and sailing across to a perfect winning goal each day. So, I would be remiss if I did not thank the others at that Ross Avenue Branch in Dallas like Nancy Gutiérrez, Alejandra García, Raymond Aguilar, Ashley Piña, Cindy Pérez, and Edith Badillo.I thank you Credit Union of Texas for know to hire people who have people working skills to share their expertise with those who some might view as just another person walking into their bank on that impressionably fateful day. They have a Drive Thru an ATM machine if you prefer to accommodate you're preference. If you want to call the automated assistance to check out your balance are open & closing time's for the Holidays they can help assist you though the phone. Choosing Resource One Credit Union was the best choice, an you don't have to look any further.”
