Very helpful and thorough with repairs and maintenance. Kevin helped me most recently. He wanted to make sure my issue wasn’t something they had missed previously (it wasn’t), which also showed me that they’re honest. It’s nice to have them close by.

Mad props to whoever assembled my new X-Lab RS7. This 105 group shifts better than my 2019 Ultegra ever did. Well done boys!

stephen is a savant when it comes to mounting tyres. I dont think I could ever get my tire and tube on without his impeccable grip strength.
