I purchased a bike from Playtri that I had a hard time finding locally. They were helpful, answered all questions, and also were able to get the bike packed and shipped so I could get some time on it before my big race of the year. The packing was top notch. I was very impressed by the thoughtful packing job

These guys are awesome. Had some travel coming up and the PlayTri Dallas team was able to order, build and fit a new bike on a tight turnaround. Team is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about riding, and patient with questions. Highly recommend.
