I always get so anxious to go to post offices because I have had bad experiences due to my lack of knowledge on how to ship packages in other post offices. I am very glad that this post office is the closest one to me and I will continue to come here for shipping purposes!”
“I want to publicly say my gratitude to the team of people here. I was having issues with my mail due to the lack of MY understanding. I placed a change address form at another location because it was where I thought i should have, only to find out it was the wrong location, and the new address was I was forwarding it to, was the wrong address as well. There was some other struggles as well. Long story short everyone from the front to the back helped me understand and get all this straightened out. I was so happy and appreciative to everyone! They didn’t have to pull each other in to help me understand. They were busy with other people and their staff got them in and out in a timely manner. I was so impressed! I come into This location, multiple times a week mailing my packages and every single time I have been greeted with a smile and amazing customer service from Mr. Warren, Adrienne, Helena. And I have truly enjoyed coming here. They make shipping packages for my very busy business super easy not to mention I have never had a package go missing or an issue with any of my packages. I’m truly in shock that this location does not have five star review. However, I do want to take a moment to say thank you so much to the staff for always giving me the best service and handling my packages with care. Your effort does not go unnoticed. “It was a Friday afternoon about 3 weeks ago. Not that many people waiting and only 2 or 3 USPS staff helping people. I just had to get an envelope and had to mail something locally in Dallas. At my turn, the lady handed me a prepaid envelope and even advised me to not write my (From) address too big in the back, rather very small on top of where I had written my (To) address. This too avoid the delivery machine scanning and having it accidentally marked back to me for delivery, instead of the actual address.
She also didn't had cash with her but in this day and age, I didn't mind at all paying my $0.88 through credit card. Our exchange was very cordial and the staff was very polite.
Entering and leaving the post office, it just reminds you of the glory days when post office had a critical role in our lives. There's a huge area with lot of mailboxes, which was empty and bore deserted looks. I wonder if people still use mailboxes as they used to at one point in time.
All in all the experience was good and I was done with really quickly.”
“It’s in the parking garage on the P1 floor. Sooo convenient because there’s plenty of parking. Though you have to pull a parking ticket, it’s free the first 60 mins.Fast, very kind, easy!”
“I had a package to be delivered using USPS Priority Express, and not only did the package arrive early, but the staff at the USPS Medrano post office were all beyond stars in my opinion. One of the managers there helped me stop my package from being sent back to the sender because they incorrectly shipped to a PO Box instead of Smart Locker as I had requested. Then they even allowed me to retrieve the package after hours. Maria there was extremely friendly and helpful by explaining to me where the delivery failed, and how to properly request the shipment next time. The manager even followed up with me after hours to make sure I was able to pick it up. All SUPER Friendly people, and I highly recommend working with them. They all deserve raises.”

“There’s several places marked as Post Office and you show up and it’s only a pick up place, or other issues, ect.. so I just wanted to share that this is an actual small post office at the end of the shopping strip. The doors make it look a little scary- but you walk in and you’ll see a ton of PO Boxes and then you turn right and see the small little post office. The staff were really nice and I was in and out within 2 minutes. Overall great little hidden post office !”

“Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I went in the morning around 9am. 2 workers, no line, maybe one or two other customers came in while I was there. The older lady seemed a little frustrated but it was understandable because her system was acting up, she passed me along to the other employee to be serviced while she restarted her system. The younger lady who helped me was very nice. She got my packages shipped with out any problems. I would go back and I'd recommend this location to others.”

“Went today 08/18/25 and the service was exceptional!!! Walked in water patiently and got assisted by the cashier. I actually had a flat rate box which was pricey to ship a light 1 item. I asked what else I could do to bring the cost down. That’s when the female cashier suggested another method and helped me. It was more work for her to show me the correct box to use and she didn’t have an attitude about it either. The lobby was getting busy and the female post master came from the back and thanked us all for waiting patiently and got more employees to come to the front to assist us. I was so happy to have this great moment of except superb customer service there today!!”
“Marked my package delivered about two weeks ago. Package was lost. I went in to their unusual USPS office and a mail man left me forgotten. I was forgotten until a very nice lady helped me, Denise.
