“Staff us great and friendly. Corporate policies are lacking if you run into a financial snag. READ YOUR CONTRACT before signing. Property staff has limited power. If you are 30 days late, they will put a lien on your unit, and at 60, it will be auctioned off. I had some medical issues. The district manager was wonderful and worked with me, but it was not easy and on their terms only. They would not work with my fixed income schedule, so I was forced to get help from a friend”

This morning I booked a storage unit by phone and when I went to the physical location, I realized that I had signed up at the wrong location. ?
Michael Duncan is the manager at the location I went to so then I was going to rent a unit at his location but it was more than I wanted to pay. Michael was sweet enough to look at all the Extra Space Storage locations on his computer to find me a unit that I could afford!! Then he proceeded to help me execute a new lease at the other location! His customer service skills saved me alot of time and frustration! Plus he has a super cool personality!!”

“Working with Delivery Limited to pack, move and unpack my client from Ft Worth to Dallas and most recently Dallas to Denver was perfection! They were professional, considerate, understanding and their work exceptional. Not only did everything arrive in the same condition including fine art pieces, but they made sure any imperfections prior to packing were corrected after unpacking. Large art pieces were hung per the client's specifications including a 14' hand carved, wood mirror. Not only did they complete any task asked of them, they also asked if there was any other tasks they could tackle. We worked together like we had been a team for years.
