I was told women weren’t allowed to use the restroom there and when I looked - only a men’s restroom was available. Hopefully this is a mistake.

Used my card at the pump for the pump to not be working but was no sign indicating it’s out of order. The pump put a hold for 80 dollars and they wouldn’t cancel transaction and can’t get anyone on the phone . Never using Shell again

I just had the worst experience at this gas station. The cashier named Bianca, yes the one with red hair was extremely rude. I requested to talk to the manager and she stated she was the manager. Never coming back to this gas station.
