“This past Sunday was my first time ever into the store. I came in at the recommendation of my sister because i needed some better shoes for a new part time job i started.
Josh helped me, along with Dev, and got me squared away. Josh walked me through the fitting process and Dev answered any other questions that i had.
I wore my new shoes and insoles to work on Monday for the first time and honestly, the shoes and insoles made my shift so much better. No more severe pain from standing for over 5 hours straight.
I think Josh later mentioned i was the first shoe sell he had and He did such i good job that i would have never guessed that he hadn’t sold some before.

When I mentioned I was looking for a pair that could be resoled, he showed me his cobbler's equipment and the unique steps he personally goes through to resole a pair of boots. I'll definitely be bringing the pair I got today here when it's time to resole.”

“I brought a pair of semi-custom black Stingray western boots to Ramirez Boots to have the heels lowered. Even though I asked for a higher than normal heel ,it proved too hard to walk in and it was starting to affect my shins. The boots were dropped off Sunday afternoon and they were ready Wednesday morning. Quality professional craftsmanship is not inexpensive.,but the price for service is fair and reasonable. Mr. Ramirez is a true professional boot maker that learned his skill from his father. A Oak Cliff tradition.”

“I’ve been here 4 times and bought 5 pairs of shoes for my husband and I over the past several years. You’d be hard pressed to find more knowledgable or friendlier staff than here at Karizmah. They have a large selection for rhythm, smooth, and practice shoes. Many of the staff are dancers themselves, so they know what to look for and how a dance shoe should fit. I can’t recommend this place enough. They even have a great selection of dresses, ties, and menswear at affordable prices!”

“I needed some comfortable shoes for work and I heard this store sold some good ones. Before I visited the store, I looked up the styles that I wanted to try online. I was met by a really nice lady and mentioned the five styles that I wanted to try on. She walked me to the area that they would be in. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size in any of them in the store. She offered to order them for me online, but I thanked her and told her that I would order them myself. The store was very neat and organized. It was just frustrating that they didn't have anything to try on.”
