“Great place for affordable heels, sandals, and boots! The purses are overpriced! There must be a theft issue because the workers walk around watching you, and there's a big sign that says no big bags or book bags aloud! I understand, but everybody that comes in there is not there to steal, so that's kind of a turn off. Other than that, I've gotten a few cute sandals from there!”

“Richard did an amazing job assisting me and my mother. He was gentle, polite, and patient. My mom struggles with English as her primary language is Spanish, so I would translate. However, there were some things Richard was able to understand from my mother speaking to me.
The shoes are a bit pricey, but my mom loved them. There is no price too big for being comfortable and happy.”
“Really sweet blonde hair young man (Caucasian) helped us out as an African American family on Saturday May 24th around 12-2 p.m. He was awesome and very humble. He deserves to be promoted. He has the perfect character and personality for a management position. I say this, because I was a manager for years at 3 different stores back in my day. Also there was another Hispanic young guy who was also very sweet. Very pleased with the customer service and they went over and beyond for us. We bought 1 pair in store and ordered another pair online because they were out of sizes in store on one shoe we wanted

“I came into the store yesterday shopping for shoes, I had 2 boys with me and my wife. We all bought shoes but I accidentally left a shopping bag from Lids with some hats and 3D printed figurines in it (they were gifts). I got home and we were so upset when we couldn’t locate the bag. We came back to the mall today to retrace our steps and your team member Will who helped us yesterday and found our bag. He put it aside for us in case we came back. “I prefer jimmy jazz over all the competition . If you want the latest and greatest urban styles and looks at great prices , jimmy jazz is definitely the place to hook you up . The staff at most of their locations are well in the know with the shoe game and release dates . Not saying they don't back door but it's not as bad as the competition .”
