“My truck was hit in a parking lot by a nice lady who quickly agreed to pay for the repairs out of pocket. She also agreed to take it to Franks. We both have had vehicles repaired there and both experienced great and fast service. This time since she paid quickly, my vehicle was ready in less than 2 days.
In my previous experience it was also quick and efficient. And I will add that they keep me informed and updated throughout the process.
They also washed my truck both times and gave it to me looking like new. This is a standard for them, only shop I know that washes the vehicle after they finish with the reparations. That is at least a $100 save for me.

“I've got to say that asking someone who works totally with automobile parts, unlike myself, makes me feel better than relying on my own skills dealing with what I think is going to work to fix my vehicle. They were police and with O'Reilly a stones throw away, I'd actually pay more for the same part if I didn't have any more personal interactions with the O'Reilly staff. It's odd to me, how they treated me there because they wanted to. The fact I ended up there instead of Auto Zone was a case of easier to reach. I'd play Chicken ? with a semi on foot before I will ever step foot in their establishment. Women management with a sign that made me feel like I was stupid and God help her for dealing with the stupid people. Well, it's like a woman firmly stuck under the glass ceiling of her personal life goals. It's a problem. But it is not my problem. So acting like I was too stupid to understand her place upon a thrown of her own making was way more than I should be able to gleen by buying windshield washer solvent. Right? And being so put upon because I asked her where I could find the washer solvent was way more than the 3 minutes I spent with her. If you don't like people, apply for a janitorial position and avoid people completely. And I made this discovery the June before last. O'Reilly was polite, willing to assist me and didn't act like the grand Wazoo of Auto parts. So after yesterday's visit there, I was struck by the differences in the tow shops.”
