They listened carefully to special instructions I gave about what to load first, so that those boxes would be last unloaded and end up at the entrance of the storage unit, and the most accessible. They consulted with me about stacking things on furniture and other boxes to make sure nothing would be crushed. It was a very positive experience.”

They went above and beyond to get the job done when there was no one else there for a crew the office said we will get it done for you. Morgan just amazing and her co worker, my hat is off to them.”

(Now I know you're thinking ? how in the hades did she do that and you're guess is as good as mine ??♀️) Came in around 4pm with the issue. Truck was fixed and good to go by the next morning. ??????????”
“Shipping internationally can be complicated, frustrating and often results in long wait times. I've lived and work in 11 different countries, I've been there...more than once. It took 10 months to get stuff to the US from Zambia and 1 1/2 years to get it out of Libya. There are a lot of moving parts, sometimes the sippers can only do so much.If you were a first time overseas shipper, you were might have been disappointed, it is always a waiting game.I saw my boxes leave my house in Zambia May 18, 2021 just clearing customs in the US Feb. 15, 2022.SCL has been very, very good. Especially working with Donna. She responded to every inquiry the same day, even multiple times in the same day. I know I was probably bugging her with updates (starting to get impatient with Covid, shipping delays, etc.) but EVERY single email and question was addressed.I highly recommend. Again, if you are a first time shipper you need to be patient. Cheapest is not always the best, ask around. Going cheap can come back to bite you.My international career is finished, but I would definitely use SCL again.Stephen E.”
