“Been at this property for awhile in building 1 and lately the temperature has been higher than normal on the inside. I went and spoke with JT the property manager about the situation and he informed me that while it is climate controlled the units that keep it cooled aren't functioning properly and will get looked into. I asked if there was an ETA on the repair and he said he's unsure but will try to keep everyone updated as time goes. He was professional and really forward with the information and I appreciate that. So wanted to leave this and give him a shoutout for the help!”

“Shipping internationally can be complicated, frustrating and often results in long wait times. I've lived and work in 11 different countries, I've been there...more than once. It took 10 months to get stuff to the US from Zambia and 1 1/2 years to get it out of Libya. There are a lot of moving parts, sometimes the sippers can only do so much.If you were a first time overseas shipper, you were might have been disappointed, it is always a waiting game.I saw my boxes leave my house in Zambia May 18, 2021 just clearing customs in the US Feb. 15, 2022.SCL has been very, very good. Especially working with Donna. She responded to every inquiry the same day, even multiple times in the same day. I know I was probably bugging her with updates (starting to get impatient with Covid, shipping delays, etc.) but EVERY single email and question was addressed.I highly recommend. Again, if you are a first time shipper you need to be patient. Cheapest is not always the best, ask around. Going cheap can come back to bite you.My international career is finished, but I would definitely use SCL again.Stephen E.”
