“I drove about 35 mins to do a passport service. Thank God for this location it was a 10min process, photo service and don’t need to bring a check they’ll make a money order for you $3. I think the bad experiences come from people arriving for a service that you need to be prepared, read and bring everything you need and the process will be smooth. I read online, did the application online brought copies of what was asked and the lady was nice and helpful. I wish every usps was like this one thank you for the ladies servicing 7/23/25 early morning.”

“I just so happened to be on this side of the bridge for a Saturday open house in San Leon and had a couple of shipments while passing through here as part of my errands.
There is something good about experiencing a rural nature of visiting a postal service while traveling. Rather than a bland urban experience.
That unique feeling of down-home charm is here in Seabrook. I missed that sentiment until today!

“If you’re coming to RENEW your passport you don’t have to wait in line near the mailboxes vestibule. Go into the little USPS store itself and just tell them you want to RENEW. Have all paperwork printed and already filled out, with the passport photos. Then just pay and leave. I was in there less than ten minutes. I saved myself probably 1.5-2 hours time if you are coming here to do a passport RENEWAL now you KNOW.”

“This is my second visit for the summer. If you're tired of catching attitudes by the clerks at the main location on Baker St., this USPS is a welcome relief. It is simply laid back here with the one clerk working. The clerks here are usually light hearted, working at the only open window bay inside.
A couple of notables about this facility. My preference of choice today was their government building is a remarkable brick built, with some architectural stone work, with some value for Baytown.
Also, if you arrive after 11 am, before the clerk closes for lunch, chances are the customer overflow will occur across the street, in front of the Baytown Cafe Taqueria. The customers there starts moving well before lunch time at noon and they take up all the street parking lanes in that vicinity, out front of the post office. You'll probably need to pull in on the lane nearest to the post office steps if youre expecting child or our community's elderly.
Or as I chose to do is park on the left side of the post office building, to allow for those who prefer to arrive, right before they close for lunch, to park out front near the steps.”
“I had such a great experience with the gentleman working on 3/20/25 at 10am he was so helpful and polite. I always went to the one off baker but moving forward this will be my new home base. Give that man raise”
“I just wanted to give a huge shout out to a delivery carrier named Jay, I will not mention names, but today someone that is special needs wandered away from home. They ended up at my aunt's, They let her stay while they called the police in hopes they could reunite her with family. The police also got the same responses where she did not know where she lived....then Jay came along to deliver mail....my aunt asked if he recognized her,...he of course knew who she was but also where she lived, so the police went and notified the family and got her reunited....Jay, I hope you see this....it was awesome to know that someone pays attention and was able to help in a great way to get her reunited....you rock Jay!!!!!!”
“Such a good experience at this post office. I have been to this location many times and the staff behind the counter are friendly and knowledgeable. They are also patient with me any time I need to add something to an address on something I'm shipping. I appreciate Nicole's friendly attitude and she is always welcoming!”

“It was a busy day on saturday and there was only one person working the desk. She kept a positive attitude the whole time. I went up and it was my first time shipping out and she helped me a lot and was very sweet and has amazing customer service. Deer Park TX USPS, I am so sorry for my horrible one star review and I am at fault for showing up on Juneteenth. SMH at myself. Like do better me, very sad and embarrassing for myself and a representative of my home where Juneteenth originates from.
