We’ve been coming here for passport and the service is always excellent. No appointment needed. They do all the work for you , just show up , have your application ready and you’re all set .

“If you’re coming to RENEW your passport you don’t have to wait in line near the mailboxes vestibule. Go into the little USPS store itself and just tell them you want to RENEW. Have all paperwork printed and already filled out, with the passport photos. Then just pay and leave. I was in there less than ten minutes. I saved myself probably 1.5-2 hours time if you are coming here to do a passport RENEWAL now you KNOW.”
“This is my second visit for the summer. If you're tired of catching attitudes by the clerks at the main location on Baker St., this USPS is a welcome relief. It is simply laid back here with the one clerk working. The clerks here are usually light hearted, working at the only open window bay inside.
A couple of notables about this facility. My preference of choice today was their government building is a remarkable brick built, with some architectural stone work, with some value for Baytown.
Also, if you arrive after 11 am, before the clerk closes for lunch, chances are the customer overflow will occur across the street, in front of the Baytown Cafe Taqueria. The customers there starts moving well before lunch time at noon and they take up all the street parking lanes in that vicinity, out front of the post office. You'll probably need to pull in on the lane nearest to the post office steps if youre expecting child or our community's elderly.
Or as I chose to do is park on the left side of the post office building, to allow for those who prefer to arrive, right before they close for lunch, to park out front near the steps.”
“Went I put my right foot inside , that gentleman was all smiles , I am an old lady and he understands my needs immediately. The best in the area . I wish the other post offices were like this place .Best service in town .Thank you Sir .”

“Went to drop off an amazon return. They lady in the lobby was pleasant and got me a receipt as well. Only negative things I could say were out of her control (ie the construction outside; and a non working QR code on the receipt) and very minor”

“I wish I had gotten the employees name but she was incredibly helpful. Its a government building and we all know how government employees can be but I was quite surprised on how great of an attitude and service was compared to other USPS locations. I actually thought the building was abandoned from the looks outside and Could use some paint and clean up. A++ on service”

I've had multiple issues with my packages and the employees are always very helpful. Errors in tracking, lost packages, and even delays in delivery. The employees will help you as much as they can”
