I joined in Florida and then later discovered a Truist branch close to me in Desoto. I met one of the bankers named Flo. She has helped me set up an account and also helped with a customer service issue. She is super focused and competent and made sure to completely help me with my issues both times I came into the bank.

Great service and over all experience was exceptional.

My husband never goes to this one, but had to since we were on a time crunch before they closed. We had business to take care of and the teller we had was rude. Not going there again.
