“I love this location. They are busy so if you need a personal banker it's best to schedule a appointment online and you can make the most of your day. Everyone was pleasant. The lines are not as long since the location on beltline is back open. However on Saturday the second location is closed and it's a peak day for this location. They do offer Saturday appointments. Everyone seems willing to help you and took care of my financial needs. Great associates from my personal to my business. They also have a mortgage and investment specialist here. Love it! My neighborhood bank.”

“I actually began my journey banking here when I was 16. My parents insisted I needed a savings and checking account. I didn't even have a job???? They opened the accounts in my name. At that time the bank was named "Western Bank & Trust". When my children were born and turned 6 months of age my parents opened up savings accounts for them. It was an awesome thought as grand parents and great grandparents deposited money into those accounts for birthdays, Christmas, and special occasions. They were also able to purchase savings bonds at ease for my kids. The savings bonds matured and so did my awesome kids lol. I've kept a Safety Deposit Box at this location which I have had for over 30 years. I have NEVER had any issues or discrepancies with any of our accounts. They are extremely helpful and offer great customer service via phone or in person. I can't compare them to other larger banks as I only bank here. So of course I would recommend them.”

“I went to 1st Convenience with every intention of closing my account due to a horrible customer service experience via phone with the aforementioned. Kaydee Fofanah(Branch Manager) greeted me with a smile! Kaydee not only changed mind from closing the account, she fixed and resolved my issue in two days. It did not matter that it is a small amount that is kept in this account. She treated me as if I millions of dollars in the account. Kudos to Kaydee! With our account we still get free checking, free checks (I write maybe 5 a year for out of state taxes and home owners insurance) No service fees, and free Safety Deposit Box. This is my secondary bank and I have never had ANY issues.”
