“I hadn't had the best of luck with CUTX, however I decided to continue to follow thru with my mission. I was initially working with S.Franks who diligently got to work on opening my business account. He was very professional, returned phone calls and worked expeditiously on my account. When I came to the branch I worked with Silas Nelson. What could have been maybe a 10 minute visit turned into about 45 minutes because I had questions. No matter how I probably asked the same question in different ways Mr Nelson took his time answered all my questions and made sure I understood. Even after I left I had a question and he called me right back to answer. Mr Nelson provided great customer service which I really appreciated it. It definitely made me wish I came to this branch first.”
