“I have to say I love coming here since the day I met Brandon. He help choose just the right pants since I’m 4’11 is hard to find flare pants that fit. Yes I did go crazy ordering and returning some since I was trying to find the good fit. But Brandon has been really helpful every step of the way. I feel like I’m shopping with a friend that is helping me choose clothes. I love that he so patience with me through everything. I have been going constantly just because he is there and his great customer service he provides. If he is not in the management there he really needs to. He is has a great attitude every time I go there. I love that he remembers me and he is willing to help every time. I have spoken to my husband about him how attentive and helpful he has been and that I love coming to this particular store just because of him and his great customer service he provides me and all others. Brandon is a great example of what buckle customer service should be at every store. “Good selection of clothes. Fairly well organized, but almost every rack had sizes out of order. Granted, it was close to closing, so this may not be the usual.There was a situation that the curtain to my fitting room was ripped open by another customer. Luckily I had pants on, but I was not fully comfortable trying in clothes after that. I am pretty sure it was on purpose for some ungodly reason, but the staff and management were very understanding about my concern. I do think this was preventable by not putting curtains for doors in the fitting room, but that isn’t something management can control. Just something H&M should change. I can’t imagine how terrible it would have ended had I not been clothed, or even worse if this happened to a child.”
“Lexie, Quintyn, Yamilet, Adrian, Vincent are the best set of employees I've ever met. Everytime I go into this footlocker they greet me. I never have to shop for myself. One of them or all of them knows what I like. So they put my outfits together for me. And they do their best work. The atmosphere and environment I'm this particular footlocker is so amazing. The smile they greet you at the door and they do all they can to assist me. I always leave happy and satisfied. I drive from Frisco Texas to Dallas Texas just to shop at this footlocker. I recommend everyone to attend this footlocker or the one on Northwest Highway. They friendly at both store. Honesty if I had to chose which store I couldn't because these are the best two footlockers I've ever been in in my entire life. So many choices”

I went in to make an online return that was sent with No receipt, she called the company directly and unfortunately was unable to make the return in store but had them send me a return label so I wouldn't have to pay shipping. As she was helping me she was also helping other customers so there wouldn't be a line and she speaks Spanish too. She goes above and beyond, will be back just because of her.”

“Went into the store today to exchange some jeans i ordered online. My mom and I were immediately greeted by Mecca, who was very friendly. As we were shopping Jeremiah saw that i was looking for a certain size jean and came over to assist us. Jeremiah also came to my assistance when I needed to try on my jeans and was very friendly. Mecca checked us out and again was so friendly, knowledgeable and just very personable. All in all my mother and I had a truly wonderful experience at American Eagle Hillside village and will definitely be back again just because of them. Thank you both for having such amazing customer service, something that is hard to come by at other retailers.”

“I came to this location looking for Shea butter in large quantities but they did not have it, so I got 3 of the small containers. I also purchased a bar of black soap that had my face feeling so fresh and cleansed. I love the glow and moisture the Shea butter gives my skin. The guy was very nice and knowledgeable of the products and how to use them.”
“I went there and was very indecisive about some particular shoes I wanted (NB 1906) and David helped me out. This guy was so patient with me and kind. I never felt rushed nor bothersome. I will definitely be going back. If I am going to spend my money somewhere it has to be a place where there is good customer service. The entire staff was great as well with greeting and making my daughter and I feel welcomed.”

“The experience at Foot Locker is a great journey. If this location doesn't have what your looking for, they will search other Foot Locker Stores in the area just to see if they have your size, or particular brand of shoes that you asking about. There's enough staff working the floor to accommodate each person that enters the Foot Locker Stores. So if you want to here about early releases get the "Foot Locker" app, so you can get an have the brand shoes on the date that the shoes arrive or come out. Costumer Service is can help also, if you can't travel are make a in store visit. So there's no excuse for you to not have what you spent your hard earned money on at Foot Locker. They can help you at all location's around the Metro Plex, an you can all before you go.”
“This is my primary Burlington location, and we shop here frequently. Overall, I find it to be decent, and I've noticed improvements in cleanliness and other areas.
I want to take a moment to specifically address the security outside of Burlington, as my review is long overdue. I will soon reach out to whoever oversees their security team, because the person they hired to work weekends during the holiday season truly deserves a raise.
I believe my daughter and I were followed from Arlington back to Cedar Hill, and we didn't realize it until we exited the store. We noticed a group of 4-5 young men laughing and looking at us as they were getting back into their vehicle. When we looked over, we noticed that security was sitting in his vehicle, facing them with his lights on. He was a true blessing to us, and I cannot go another month without acknowledging how much his presence meant to us. Whatever was about to happen, he is the reason that it did not.
I feel safe at this location, and I plan to call around until I find out who he reports to. Thank you so much for your service!”
