“Special THANKS to Kenny and the other team member in the store!!! My dad and I were there last Saturday around 3pm shopping, Kenny was very helpful and upon us checking out my dad felt like his blood sugar was dropping. I didn’t have any candy or juice on me at this time. So I took a chance and asked the gentleman if they had a peppermint or a cookie something, they could have easily said “no” but they went to their office and found a piece of chocolate and a package of candy. That helped tremendous untill I was able to go get my dad some food and juice. This is an example of going above and beyond with good customer service. Thank yall so much. My dad loves this store and this was just the icing on the cake that will keep us coming back.”

She was superb with her customer service. we ended up going to the Arington location for the more variety, and was helped by LIly, definitly could use some training from Juana on customer service, but was ok. “Okay I'll be real with you we need to dress shoes for my son's graduation he's not the dressy type I did not want to spend $80 on a pair of dress shoes that he would only use for one day but hey you know what we walked into Melrose and then the back corner they had a wide array of dress shoes for men comfortable to any other shoe I think my son actually said they were comfortable and they looked real good for his graduation am I a cheapskate no I try to be a smart skate laugh out loud this place was nice clean and heavily stocked”

“I came to this location looking for Shea butter in large quantities but they did not have it, so I got 3 of the small containers. I also purchased a bar of black soap that had my face feeling so fresh and cleansed. I love the glow and moisture the Shea butter gives my skin. The guy was very nice and knowledgeable of the products and how to use them.”

“This location was great. I previously went to the Wynnewood location where the service was not that great. An older lady is great at the Wynnewood location, she called the Red Bird location to see if they had a pair of boots and put them on hold until I got there. They held the boots for me and they were extremely nice and helpful.”

They were pretty busy, so I found what I wanted on my own and walked to the counter and very soon, one of the associates walked up and asked if I was ready to check out. He checked me out and I was ready to go. Not a bad experience at all considering most if the other customers were buying shoes which required the associate to go in the back and find shoes.”

“If you’re anything like me and love a 'good find,' you have to check out Shu Deal. Honestly, it’s one of those local gems where you walk in expecting to buy one pair of shoes and walk out with four because the prices are just that good.
Most of their styles are around the $10 to $20 range, but don't let the low price fool you—the shoes are actually really cute and surprisingly sturdy. I’ve bought heels there for weddings that were more comfortable than my $80 pairs from the mall.”
