“I recently traveled for Thanksgiving to DFW. I travel there several times a year to see family. The location is great and service is always friendly. As a preferred member I often times get upgraded. This time I did not. My car was adequate and what I’d requested but the upholstery was soiled and it smelled of smoke.
With a lot full of cars to offer, I’d have hoped for better.”

“My experience at enterprise was absolutely amazing what extraordinary customer service you get. I walked into the building and was instantly greeted by Anthony and asked how can we help you . I told him i have a reservation and he looked it up and told me I needed a credit card for deposit because I have a out of state driver license which I forgot but was very understanding and patient I have to run back to the house to get it , then came back and got helped by Lucciano which was also so amazing and got my right on my way to start my day . The return day was amazing as well with a grant I appreciate all the amazing customer service

“Rented a 3/4 ton for 10 days to take our tv on vacation. Had a great experience with Brooke P. At check in. She chatted with me about what I was towing and made sure what I selected met my needs. While we were out the brand new truck (brand new for real, 13 miles when I picked it up) started having transmission issues. I talked to Brooke on the phone Thursday evening right before close, and Friday morning she was on the phone with me first thing coordinating details for dropping off a replacement truck. The disruption was minor thanks to Brooke and the team handling it so quick and taking care of getting the new unit to us 1.5 or so hours away. Thank you Brooke for taking care of us and to Eric for driving it to us and patiently working through our gate access issues. Y’all made a potentially stressful situation much much smoother. I’ll definitely reach out to your store should I need a truck again!”
“Awesome experience! Sixt at DFW had my car available and ready. The staff at the counter (Michael) was helpful in educating me fully about my rental options without trying to pressure me into adding anything I wouldn't need. The car was well kept and clean and instructions and expectations were clear from the beginning. Returning the rental was easy. It might seem complicated to some on where to go, but as long as you're following the Sixt signage to direct you, you won't have a problem! Finally, my invoice was as I expected with no surprise fees. I will definitely be renting from here again!”
“Got good selction of cars at Hertz. The location was easy to access with shuttles. Just when returned the car, they charged me for 2 gallon fuel when I filled in full just couple of miles before and I was still there and asked the guy who added this charge but he gave some stupid reason and would not listen to us but a employee at desk heard us and removed that charge. So all good in end but unnecessary hassle.”

“Overall not a terrible experience, but a little more direction from the individual directing cars coming in would be good. The lines were backed up to the entrance and he kept staring down at his phone and just waving people to the right. Then a large SUV comes and can hardly get in, I ended up moving my rental to a lane further to the right after he finally looked up and realized people could go further over.”

“I had reserved a Chevrolet Malibu for three days. Due to a power outage the previous week, the car was unavailable. So Miguel offered me a free upgrade to a Ford Mustang. I was very happy about it, a dream came true. Many thanks to the very friendly and attentive Miguel. The car was in top condition and I had a lot of fun. Highly recommended.”

“I was dreading this rental because of the anticipated crowds but Enterprise did an OUTSTANDING job with the rental and the return. We pulled into the lot and they had a designated drop off area. They had a tent with chairs, and with cold drinks and snacks. We got there at a good time and did not need those but I was so impressed at Enterprises preparation. Of course the staffing was plentiful but also so friendly and efficient. Return was just as impressive with the quick processing because of the manpower. The flow was constant but the personal kept up easily, Even the shuttles were plentiful. Nothing bad happened in spite of the volume of business and that speaks volumes for the planning and work that put into the event (eclipse). Great job!”

“I rented a care July 24 - July 31. I could not ask for a better experience! I reserved the car online and when I got to Budget, there was a duplicate paid rental. Justin was very helpful, he showed me the number to call, the reference number to give them and was overall - very courteous and helpful! My car was ready - I just needed to give him my driver’s license and I was gone. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The return was even easier! I will be renting from this location again when I need a car.”
