“Overall not a terrible experience, but a little more direction from the individual directing cars coming in would be good. The lines were backed up to the entrance and he kept staring down at his phone and just waving people to the right. Then a large SUV comes and can hardly get in, I ended up moving my rental to a lane further to the right after he finally looked up and realized people could go further over.”

“I rented unit 916, the black Mercedes van, for my family road trip around the Four Corners States (New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado) and it was AWESOME!! The van was very comfortable and nicely maintained. We met with Jeff and he had the van ready and showed us how to use everything and he answered all of my questions, although I figured out on the way home from our trip that the rear captain seats can spin around but it wasn't a big deal. The van ran great and had zero problems during our trip. So overall it was a great rental experience and I will definitely be calling them again for our next vacation road trip. Thank you!!!”

After checking in I just got to walk down an aisle choose which car I wanted and leave. When returning the car I just parked the car got out got my receipt and left. Car was a little dirty, due to being in a hotel (no car wash or service garage). *Helpful Note* If your not sure how long your going to need the vehicle, just call for vehicles availability. If you pre-pay online your not getting your money back for turning in early. Also if you need the vehicle longer than scheduled, there going to make you come back to sign another contract and get another vehicle.”

“Its ok but confusing as heck trying to return a car. The info i found online didn't get me to the correct return entrance. Better signs on the road would have helped. In the future i would get better directions on returning the car. Picking up from the airport was another issue. Not from the area or used to the airport i seemed to walk much further than i needed to catch the transport to the rental car lot. But i would do it again because Texas kicks *##! Thank you lone star! Ill be back!!!!!!! I should have asked better questions on returning the car and or had a printed map with directions.”

“I’m glad to find Ace Rent A Car for Dallas area. I usually look for smaller name companies if possible especially when renting cars. When I found Ace, I knew this was who we needed to use. They fit our budget and the van we rented worked fabulously. It wasn’t a brand new van but it was exactly what we needed and functioned perfectly. I will say that the van was not super clean when we picked it up, but I personally wanted to clean the inside anyway to ensure it was clean, so it didn’t bother me.I had a great experience.”
