“I visited Dallas area on May 26th 2026 through May 29th. Flexways staff was great and very helpful, especially John. The car was nice, clean and at a very-very competitive on the price. The office is a little bit off the DFW Rental Car center but at that price - you can take Uber there and back and still beat the competitor's price. No issues at all, unlike my previous rents with large rent-a-car companies. Finally, a company that is on customer's side.”
“It is offside so it takes a while to get there. You have to take the bus to Rental site and from there shuttle to there site,drop off the same.So plan ahead , otherwise it was ok,we liked the car and had no problems.”

“Overall not a terrible experience, but a little more direction from the individual directing cars coming in would be good. The lines were backed up to the entrance and he kept staring down at his phone and just waving people to the right. Then a large SUV comes and can hardly get in, I ended up moving my rental to a lane further to the right after he finally looked up and realized people could go further over.”

“I rented unit 916, the black Mercedes van, for my family road trip around the Four Corners States (New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado) and it was AWESOME!! The van was very comfortable and nicely maintained. We met with Jeff and he had the van ready and showed us how to use everything and he answered all of my questions, although I figured out on the way home from our trip that the rear captain seats can spin around but it wasn't a big deal. The van ran great and had zero problems during our trip. So overall it was a great rental experience and I will definitely be calling them again for our next vacation road trip. Thank you!!!”
