Got my first big purchase, a brand new car in the US in March yet lo and behold, a hailstorm hit Pearland couple months later. 😩
So, I decided to entrust the dent repairs to Gerber after reading all the good reviews online. Not gonna lie, I wasn’t perfectly satisfied the first time my car was released from the shop and had it returned for another quality check. But it’s all in the past now and resolved. All my appreciation goes to Leslie and Don for making sure that everything turns well this time around. Their customer service skills, responsiveness, and dedication to make up, satisfy their clients, and go the extra mile are really beyond compare. “Yesterday I went to OReilly auto part shop
to buy an engine oil for my 2017 ford. When I walked inside, the store looked neat and clean.
But there are too many oil types that I feel a little confused. I know I need 5W 30 for my car, but
I don't know what brand I need. I didn't have any clue with brand is good and affordable. The
worker came over and asked me if I needed help. I was happy because I needed help finding the
best brand. He looked up my car in the computer and told me witch oil would work. He explains
to me about the cheap oil and expansive oil difference. He explains to me that good oil protects
the car engine longer and helps the car run better. That made sense to me. I chose OReilly brand
high mileage oil. It costs more money I wanted to spend, but the worker says it lasts longer, so I
won't need to change very often. That makes me feel better about buying this. My expectations
met. First, I was confused but the worker makes everything easy for me. I would give this shop
4.5 stars out of 5.0. I will come back here again because they make me comfortable and
confident. This store is good for people who want parts for their car. Someone explains thigs,”
