“I took my little ol CO2 tank to be filled, the gentleman brought it back to me and said it was at about 60% still. He could've filled it and charged me, but it didn't need it yet. Honesty is so hard to find, but so easy for PBI. Thank you.”

“Puts the "convenience" in a Convenience Store ... it's helps bind our Neighborhood together - we can just walk to it! Opens early - closes late. My only complaint is that the outside needs yard maintenance more often to keep the litter problem down.”

“Cheaper prices than the other the gas stations around here for almost everything. The employees seem to all be locals and there seems to be a lot of regulars here, I have always had good interactions with the ladies here. It's a small little store but everytime I have gone in for random things I stop at any gas station for they have always had what I'm looking for. It's easily accessible off 517, but the parking is also a bit small so you have to be careful when its busy there. There are 4 gas pumps, they do have ice & I believe a working air pump outside.”

“These guys rock! They are so very nice and helpful and ho above and beyond to take care of there customers. The blonde lady is especially the icing on the cake. We just moved to town after losing our home to COVID-19 and she treated us with dignity and respect from the first time we walked in the door. They treat every customer the same no matter your status...”

“This place isn't the nicest but it usually has the best prices around. The store clerks are always really cool. The only thing is the gas pumps outside don't take credit cards you always have to pay inside. Other than that the place is pretty solid”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
