451 FM 646 Road Ste C, DickinsonStaff was wonderful. Caring and knowledgeable. They made it obvious that their number one concern was the care of my pet. The care provided was fantastic. They explained every procedure with appropriate urgency. They didn't do unnecessary procedures just to bill me either. They confirmed the cost of care and obtained consent on anything that wasn't urgently needed before doing it. They reported that if overnight care or more invasive care than they could handle was needed, that they would send me to a 24/hr vet. They also work with services for payment plans in the event the bill can't be paid outright.

The clinic is extremely clean, and everywhere I turned, someone was cleaning, organizing, or making sure everything was properly taken care of. Management handled situations professionally, calmly, and respectfully, and the employees were treated very well. The staff was appreciated and even spoiled with treats!
Most importantly, the animals received excellent care. Their comfort and well-being were always a priority. I appreciated that the staff never pushed an animal past its limits and respected when an animal was stressed, scared, or upset. They understood that every animal is different and treated them with patience and compassion.
Overall, I believe this clinic genuinely cares about its patients, employees, and the quality of care it provides. I am grateful for the experience and everything they do.

1001 Farm to Market 646 Road North, DickinsonThis was the third time I have been out to Penny's Beer Garden, and I have greatly enjoyed every time. This time I actually got to meet the owner, and she was absolutely lovely and so much fun to talk to. This event was a ladies-only book swap (with vendors including a tattoo artist/piercer, permanent jewelry, sweets and I think fancy nails), and it was a lot of fun. They had a delicious blueberry lime mead that I had never tried before, and their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be going back in the future!

Bayou Animal Services & Adoption Center
3100 Deats Rd, DickinsonAmazing, very pleasant experience. Staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, especially the front desk manager. Beautiful, bright, clean office. Very modern. The included perks were very cute and my dog was comfortable here. Having all our vet information linked and available in the Chewy app is also a huge plus. We will definitely be back and will likely make this our new Veterinary clinic. My only other feedback is my hope for expansion (a Pearland location would be great!).
