“This UPS is by far the better one in the clear lake area - the staff is always incredibly kind, helpful, professional. The same amazon return that the Bay Area Blvd staff lost their marbles over (with no provocation from me, they’re just always so mean - haha) was accepted here with no negativity, chastising, yelling. “Wowwww this store had so many hidden gems!! I'm used to always hearing about "O max" or "O depot"(trying not to mention names here lol),so I never had the desire to really come into the store. WELL it's back to school time and my son needed bougie supplies this year LOL so I was on a serious hunt for 2 items left on the list. I needed some composition books which all parents know are hard to find in big box stores. I went inside while out working and BAM I found 4 of the 1 type of books my son needed! Also some clearance and on sale items! They saved the day! Just stop inside. I want to thank Josh my cashier who was a young man but had such good manners! One month ago, I needed the memorial printouts for my dad's funeral, and this was the only print shop that could do a print job for me within 48 hours. I was so stressed: there wasn't enough time to order anything online, and other shops in the area couldn't do exactly what I needed. But I came here, and the ladies at this shop really know what they're doing. They priced it, estimated it to the penny, got to work, and delivered it early! Since then, I have been using their services for shipping, and I rather drive out of my way to come here. “The owner is so kind. I found him on Yelp and he fit me in on short notice. I'm sure he can't always do that, but I was super grateful. His shop is clean, filled with hard workers, and he took the time to decide fonts and gave his best advice for embroidery vs. print. I recommend him for personal work as well as mass production work because he showed examples of current projects and it's evident that they produce quality work. I came to him for a personal bridal gift where I wanted a sweater embroidered with the last name as well as "bride". Couldn't be happier!!”
