David helped me with all the details and provided an estimate with rendering of the false windows and graphics very quickly. Actual job was done in a few hours and I am pleased with the outcome. There was an issue with spacing they were helpful with making it better, then we realized after receiving the order that her last name was misspelled. I called staples and they allowed us to trade the order in with the corrected spelling. In our 3 trips to Staples everyone was very helpful and called to communicate with us. Julien was great! I needed a strip of tape and was going to buy the roll and instantly said they’d take care of taping it not to worry. The store down the road was trying to get me to pay 7 bucks for it. “Leaving this review for service from fedex delivery company. I recently had a package delivery I missed. Fedex went above and beyond to get the package to me after our location was reported as closed to get the package to me the following day. They followed up with me the following day to make sure we had great service on that delivery and ensured the package reached us. The customer service for that follow up call was American. I was very grateful for the follow-up. Fedex as a company is a lot more accountable than UPS.”

Mary at Sign City was very helpful assisting me from start to finish; she showed me numerous samples for my approval, set up the signage installation and once the job was completed she followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. I then drove to Instant Imprints and could see she was busy, but she gave me time to explain our needs and the delivery requirements.
