This place is a hot mess. Packages strewn everywhere. Staff cannot even find Amazon orders that are shipped directly to this location. The person working seemed confused and kept asking if I was sure that my package got delivered despite me showing her the delivery confirmation with the address. This UPS store is the worst when it comes to customer service! The manager is rude and argumentative! Even when you have drop off instructions he ignores them and does what he wants. I will NEVER stop here again. And sadly he is teaching his employees to be the same.

Rude service. FYI if you need something printed they charge you $6.30 for one single copy.
