“Black Tie Moving was recommended to us by our Dallas realtor. They were very easy to deal with and setting up the details of the move was easy. Our movers arrived on time and took great care in wrapping and protecting our furniture. Super nice and polite young men, they were extremely hard working and efficient. Moving is stressful but Black Tie made this move for us as stress free as possible. Unloading at our new location involved using a freight elevator (that broke late in the afternoon) and putting down protective flooring in the hallways. The movers handled it all with calmness and got us moved in and ready to start our time in Dallas!”

“We currently live with family as our financial situation is difficult, but because we cannot use the storage of our hosts, we were forced to rent a storage unit.
After a few months, our rent was raised (which we thought odd, but I had this happen before with a separate company, so I knew this happened). We were disappointed but quickly forgot about it due to a new baby coming in.
Well, this past May, we got another letter alerting us to another raise in rent. We really cannot afford for our storage to be one of our largest bills, so I called in to our store.
The manager we spoke to, Kevin, immediately got to work on the issue and brought us down to nearly half of what we were told would be the new rent.
Not only did he do his job, but he was also very kind, straightforward, and I got the sense he really understood from our perspective.
As someone who had worked in customer service, I can say with confidence that he is one in a million and should be treated as such.

“Very helpful!!! Couldn’t find a 10 by 15 unit anywhere, but they suggested 2 units of 10 by 10 next to each other. Cost was the same with their discount, but so much more space! Also locked in their rates for first year with a set amt increase for the next. So honest and upfront! Have been in these units for a couple of months now and have only positive things to say about the company. Highly recommend!”

“I give 5 stars because there is a real person maintaining the property AND goes above and beyond to make people feel like family. Sarah is patient, friendly, fantastic energy, genuinely cares and ... oh yes .. her laugh is contagious. I can tell her demeanor is that she cares about her tenants and her property. PSS is extremely well lit. It is by far the cleanest property I've seen in a very long time. Safety has tip top cameras. I want to encourage anyone to come check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed in the property or in Sarah. See pics of even the back and sides of facility. I don't see trash build-up I've seen at other storages.”
