People are great inside. It's what you would think a in and out wear house would be. Love the outside landscape it's really nice. People inside are very polite and helpful.”
“Drivers: When coming in from I-20 and going south on Hampton, turn right onto Beckleymeade Ave (at the stoplight). Then you can turn left on Stoneview & or Aurobahn. There's a no right turn restriction on Danieldale because it's a turn you wouldn't be able to make anyway.. Once you get there, you might have to do a 45 degree dock up depending on what employee cars are in the way.”

“I purchased the Vet's Best Hot spot shampoo for my dog at one of our local animal stores. I was excited to see a plant based shampoo for my itchy little girl. Being a first time dog mom, I didn't think to look at the ingredients though. Well, 1 hospitalization and another emergency visit later (costing us approximately $1,143), we found out the shampoo and all of it's ingredients can be TOXIC to dogs. I couldn't contact the company via website because it seems to no longer be active.
**UPDATE: I reached their customer service department and spoke with Chelsea. Chelsea took my information and passed it along to the "company's physician." The veterinarian called me back about 4 hours later and we went over all of the symptoms; lethargy, muscle spasms, decreased appetite, and would not drink. I was met with a reply of "that's interesting because we dilute the tea tree oil and have never seen a reaction to such a small dose." The tests my vet ran all indicated she was experiencing symptoms that correlate with Tea Tree Oil Toxicity as well as some sort of infection. She was given meds to treat both and she is home, curled up on my lap. The veterinarian, "Dr. Brown," encouraged me to give his number to my vet so they can go over specifics of the case (which I did). I really do hope there is follow up on this because I wouldn't want my worst enemy to experience watching their dog be in as much pain and suffering as my dog is in right now.
***UPDATE #2: Dr. Brown and my veterinarian spoke. Based on the test results and the fact the company's product test came back with normal levels of tea tree oil, we can only conclude that my fur baby is hypersensitive to essential oils and I will need to discontinue use of anything with essential oils that have any chance of being harmful to dogs. I do want to thank the company for all of the follow up and for having a sincere concern for my fur baby!!”

“Its easy in and out with lots of overnight parking. The office is next to black fence. The other end of building is different company. Also if your delivery time shows 7:00am you do not have an appointment an will not be unload you. The sweet ladies in back will try help but mostly booked up for day. They only start receiving at 7:45am.”

“My first time going to this place, got turned around a couple times, but eventually found out where to get unloaded. You have to turn right on the street next to the address building and the dock doors are at the back of building. Check in was good, waited about 3hrs to get into a door, quick unloaded and there is overnight parking.”

“Many negative comments, maybe I was lucky because my delivery was at 10:00 but at 8:30 they received me and at 09:20 it was already unloaded, for delivery check in at door 7 which is entering on the left side, for pick up you have to go around the entire building and when you reach the limit you park and walk through the pedestrian entrance to check in at door 33, you must not hinder access or you will be expelled from the facilities and you will not enter again”

Checking out was good the receptionist was nice . I read reviews and when I get at a place for the most part I don’t see anything like what was posted about the place. But this doesn’t cover grocery warehouse I try to stay away from them”
“If you drive for PTL, Schneider or any of these other big companies you’ll probably be doing a drop and hook no wait for me. No line once I got here around 10am drop my empty picked up my preloaded out by 10:32. On my way out there was a line most owner operators I can tell. I guess the line thing will be a hit or miss honestly. But if you have a drop and hook you’ll be good once checked in at the guard shake . Y’all stay safe and keep trucking!”
