“The greatest grocery store ever. I so wish we had stores like this in Canada. Must be the Texas pride in doing things right. OMG, H-E-B is literally the best! ? I mean, have you even been to one? Their stores are always immaculate, and the staff is super friendly. I love how they support local Texas businesses too. The Central Market locations? Chef's kiss! They've got gourmet goodies and a produce section that's on another level. And don't even get me started on the bakery – those kolaches though ?. Plus, their own brand products are a total steal. What's not to love? ?️
Okay, okay, let's talk about their prepared foods. Their taco salad is a game-changer, and those chicken fajitas? ? You'll be hooked. And the prices? Very reasonable, especially with their digital coupons. I've scored some amazing deals there. Plus, they've got a solid rewards program – more points, more perks!
If you're in Texas and haven't shopped at H-E-B, are you even living your best life? ? They're pretty much a Texas staple at this point. Do yourself a favor and grab a cart – you'll be hooked! ??”

You'll find one and 2 piece suits, pre-worn, but some with the tags still attached, in a wide range of styles and sizes for under $20. There's 2 fitting rooms and seriously...if you can't find a suit to try on, you're not looking!!”

“A decent selection for the area. If you want more modern, mainstream groceries, you have to travel west to the Edinburg and McAllen HEB's. But this HEB is starting to order more modern, mainstream items.”
“Walmart, one of my favorite stores, is my one-stop shopping center. In less than an hour I can buy my groceries, and shop for my pet and lawn care needs, meanwhile, Walmart Autocare is doing my vehicle's maintenance.”
“Just like any Walmart. I don't really go to Walmart anymore but had to exchange a gift I received. They have so much Marie (from Aristocats) things. Also their Loungefly dupes are pretty valid. They have Bogg Bag dupes too. I spoke to a cool team member who is always wearing pink which I enjoy their outgoing spirit and individuality. I had met them previously. I connected with one customer cuz of her AWESOME Muriel's Wedding T-shirt...and other customer cuz she was the best beautiful woman I've ever seen in a Walmart. STUNNING. I asked what she was doing in Weslaco and she said she's from Houston. Makes sense. Beauty like hers belongs in the 4th largest city in America. (I took her picture with her permission but I will not post her pic cuz I didn't ask her consent.)

“This is a very nice HEB in Elsa. It is smaller than some of the locations in Edinburg or McAllen, so the selection is also more limited on some items, but you will find pretty much anything you need, as well as great service and friendly staff. I found everything I needed for a special family birthday meal I was to cook. They have the usual Deli, bakery, meat market, produce, dairy, and usual grocery items as well as some kitchen and home items. Skip the McAllen traffic and shop at this HEB! Use the app for additional coupons and savings. These days, every little bit helps!”
“Most Dollar General's are convenient. Not too crowded and one can find most anything they need. This one needs a makeover like some of the others have gotten. Beware of coupon shoppers at checkout. A little time consuming.”
