The owner personally took the time to help me build a custom hose for my truck using fittings and couplings they had available in the store. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find a solution.

“== Support your local small businesses! == Gutierrez Hardware is one of those rare finds. It is a small business attended by the owner. In my experience, that always is best. Gutierrez is very friendly, his articles are fairly priced and he is always ready to give you advice. I have been doing all kinds of repairs as a DIYer and I bring old parts to him for advice on replacement instructions.
Believe me, there is no comparison to shopping in a big box chain store. Gutierrez Hardware is ALWAYS my first stop before going anywhere else. I would give him 10 stars, but the limit is 5”
“I had a tree I needed to cut down and I needed a chainsaw. Lucky for me Eddie was working that day. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and very courteous. He took the time to show my how to use it and made sure to put a focus on the safety mechanisms. This can be dangerous so Eddie made sure I knew that for my own safety. Home Depot needs more representatives like Eddie. ????”

“Bought a Dremel tool and some Diamond blade wheels for a job I had , the tool wouldn’t work harldly at all it bound up and the Diamond blades didn’t cut much , so I took it back the next day with the reciept , the clerk never even batted an eye when I said it didn’t do what I needed he just offered me a refund and the very next Morning the credit was back on my card , now thats service ,”

“Went in for some curtain rods and found curtains, as well in a dusty corner of this store totally unexpected. I washed the curtains when I got them home but they are beautiful I haven't put them up yet I really had to dig for them. Not much of a selection but I still managed to find some beautiful pairs will update with a possible picture . I honestly don't know how long these curtains have been there but quite honestly the prices are great but the dust on the packages is something else I had dust all over my shoes clothes digging for the size I needed and design. Obviously no one buys curtains there who knew there was curtains at Home Depot I sure didn't. I went in to buy some rods.”
