“This is a very friendly bank whenever I get to go. But today was different I had a simple question about my account no biggie. This gentleman from PNC Edinburg answered my call super relieved and he answered my question. It frustrated me that I called PNC San Juan Bank which i usually go there awesome, McAllen had a great experience the minute i walked in just great, Mission even La Plaza Drive up never been there before but I'm sure you all are great. Just today NO ONE ANSWERED THEIR PHONE!! NO ONE!! I had to check maybe the bank was not open yet it was 9:40 am. so of course they were.
Ok my question is doesn't PNC banks have a person who is in charge of calls and transfers to the right department or person? ? PNC are good banks don't get me wrong it was just my experience today.”

Diego helped my husband and I with the utmost care and consideration. He was patient in explaining how to navigate the chase app and our new account that we recently opened. “At first, I was pretty nervous to walk in because of all the bad reviews and stories I had read about the staff. However, when I arrived, the atmosphere was nice, and there was only a short line—probably because it was evening on a weekday.
Regardless, the bank teller, Nathan Llana (I think that’s how his name is spelled), was very kind and sociable. As he counted the cash and completed his tasks, he kept a pleasant conversation going, which made the experience comforting and much more enjoyable.
It was such a relief to know that my experience wasn’t as bad as others have described. I think people are more likely to write reviews about negative experiences than positive ones, so I wanted to take the time to share my good experience.”
