Best Buy is a store that offers a variety of electronics and accessories, although recent visits suggest a decline in product selection and store appearance. Customers have noted that the store now has fewer products and less options compared to before, with some items not matching their display price or description, especially in sections like phones and gaming. The store's layout and inventory seem less organized and less stocked than in the past, which can be disappointing for shoppers seeking a wide selection. Staff members inside the store are generally friendly and helpful, but the experience with customer service can vary. Cashiers often appear unenthusiastic and unwelcoming, lacking greetings or gratitude. On the other hand, employees walking around are more approachable and willing to assist. Issues have been raised regarding warranty service and product quality. Some customers have had problems with refurbished items, such as iPhones and MacBooks, where warranties were not honored properly. Repairs and warranty claims can be costly and difficult to resolve, leading to frustration. Additionally, contacting the store for support or inquiries is challenging, as most calls are redirected to overseas lines, making it hard to speak with knowledgeable staff. Despite the store's physical environment and staff friendliness, customer service over the phone has been a significant concern for many.
Went the day after St. Patrick's day and they didn't have an open register but the manager sent someone over for me.

None of the items on pegs or shelves match up. Especially in the before game and cell phone section. You see something at a too good to be true price and it’s not even that item
