    Had a horrible experience when renting and the car it stank like cigarettes it was overall disappointing, and to top it off can’t reach them you call there number and keeps saying user busy! Do not use Payless at El Paso Airport, you’ll regret it

    Worst car rental experience of my life they kept our $250 deposit customer service bullshit, gave me the runaround for about a month I have yet to see my deposit returned. This company is a joke do not rent from these people unprofessional and thieves!!!!

    Sure it’s the cheapest, but I’d recommend looking into other rental companies. I recently rented a vehicle that smelled of cigarette and we were using it for a road trip. Thankfully my daughter sprayed something to help with the smell. Never again.
