Hot Topic is a store that is fully stocked and has everything in stock. The staff is nice, helpful, sweet, and amazing, often going above and beyond. They provide great customer service, are willing to dig up items, and offer helpful reminders. The store can be a little tight for space. While staff can sometimes seem preoccupied or wait for a customer to initiate, they are super nice and provide a great experience once helping. Customers love going there and are very pleased with their visits.

Andrea was amazing!! She dug up a 14g lander for me when all they had were 16. She truly went above and beyond and was sweet. Thank you Andrea, I needed a win :)
